Visit the tasting room between 2-9pm to catch a hop talk with head brewer Brian Nelson, education about hop bines, bring a contribution of hops (and your signature) for Sunday's brew, enjoy Boka Tako Truck and catch The Southern Belles of Richmond, VA at 6:30.

As we kick off the first official Virginia Craft Beer Month, join us for an afternoon of great tunes, delicious food and a celebration of the hop (the soul of every beer). This year, we're hoping to gather and sort hundreds of pounds of freshly harvested, Virginia grown hops for our community hopped beer, RVA IPA, which will be brewed within 24 hours of picking.

Come help us celebrate the new liberty of VA breweries to sell glasses of beer on-site. We'll be featuring the release of our newest beer, SB 604, a 3.8% ABV American Special Bitter served in commemorative mason jars, live music from the People's Blues of Richmond, and great eats from your favorite RVA food trucks and carts, culminating in 4th of July fireworks over the Diamond.
Hardywood's Independence Day Celebration will be open to the public and there will be no entry fee. Bracelets will be available for people 21-years of age and over to sample and purchase beer.
