Location: Hardywood West Creek
Job Description: The Food Truck Cook at Hardywood West Creek is responsible for driving an exemplary reputation for quality food, quick service, and friendly interaction between team members and guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Staff will work with direct oversight from the Kitchen Manager to prepare a curated menu consisting of burgers, sandwiches, and shareables, as well as the potential for a range of catered options for special/private events.

Job Description: Dishwashers at Hardywood are responsible for assisting the culinary team, including cooks and the kitchen manager, in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operation to produce consistently exceptional food in a high volume environment.

Job Description: Pizza/line cooks at Hardywood are responsible for maintaining an exemplary reputation for quality food, quick service, and friendly interaction with team members and guests in a fast paced, high volume environment. Cooks will work with direct oversight from our Kitchen Manager to prepare a focused menu consisting of gourmet pizzas, salads, and baked goods, as well as a range of catered options for special/private events such as charcuterie boards.

Job Description: The Packaging Associate is an entry-level position and is responsible for fully support and contributing to the efforts of the packaging team as it executes the daily packaging needs and goals. This includes working on all facets of packaging as needed; canning, kegging and warehousing. This position will primarily be based at the Hardywood West Creek facility with potential shifts and duties at the Hardywood Richmond facility. This position has an opportunity to grow into a Packaging Specialist I, II and III, gradually becoming more involved in the operation of the canning line, kegging equipment and process and warehousing. This position reports to the Packaging Manager.
