About Kelly Jones

Kelly is a Richmond native who recently moved back after living in Austin, Texas for the last decade. Kelly's yoga practice began slowly at the Midlothian YMCA in her early teens and continued through her time at VCU. After graduating she was lackadaisical about her practice until 2017 when a fire was lit through her discovery of hot power vinyasa. Yoga quickly went from once a month practice to daily practice. Yoga began to transform her life in ways she'd never imagined. It created a space for self-awareness, healing, and growth that came exactly when she needed it.
Kelly recognized what a crucial part yoga began to play in her life physically, mentally, spiritually, while also providing her with the most beautiful new community. She then knew that it set her soul on fire to spread this passion in an attempt to impact just one person the way yoga had changed her life for the good. In 2018 Kelly became a registered 200-hour hot power yoga teacher with Corepower Yoga and has consistently continued her education since through various yoga schools.

Upon returning to Richmond Kelly went on a search for the right studio to call home, trying nearly every studio she could find. From her very first class at 3S she knew she had found her home!

Kelly hopes to bring her students closer to their highest selves beginning on their mat. She encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self and practices presence through breath in her flows. She loves to incorporate her vast love for music into her classes.

Join us for Pints + Pilates, a free 45-minute mat Pilates + sculpt pop-up designed to leave you feeling strong and energized. This dynamic, low-impact class blends core-focused Pilates with sculpting strength work and intentional movement for a full-body burn you’ll definitely feel (in the best way). Expect controlled sequences, deep core activation, and just the right amount of shake.

Santa’s coming to Hardywood! Stop by our Ownby location on December 14th for a visit full of holiday cheer! Santa will be on-site from 12:30-4pm and will be ready to meet each and everyone of you!

THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT - To ensure you have time with Santa, please purchase tickets below (while tickets last). One ticket includes the whole family - no need to buy individual tickets per person! When you check out, you will choose a half-hour time slot, during which multiple families will get one on one time with Santa. There are limited slots per time period, we cannot accommodate any changes to that time block once the ticket is purchased.

As the acoustic duo Sweet Lonesome, vocalist Kelly Fitzgerald and vocalist-guitarist Will Jones layer soaring harmonies on stripped-down accompaniment to highlight great songs and artists from the ‘60s to today, including Stevie Nicks, Emmylou Harris, Jason Isbell, Billy Joel and Tom Waits.

2-11 is a high-energy rock band that prides itself on a repertoire that spans material from the roots of early rock and roll to blues, R&B, classic rock, alternative, and select original material. 2-11 has been performing a multi-set tribute to Paul McCartney/The Beatles and they continue to weave that material into their standard shows. The 4-piece power group consists of a team of multi-instrumentalists who all take lead on the mic throughout the night. In addition to the chemistry of the band, having years of musicianship including that of a world-class pianist, gives 2-11 the ability to play a wide variety of songs you know and want to sing along with!

Join the Virginia Native Arts Alliance (VNAA) and Native artists at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery for the Kenaanee Fall Market.

The event will run from 4 pm to 8 pm. Attendees can purchase amazing Hardywood beer and other beverages and order food from the Hardywood Pizza Kitchen at the venue. There will be live music outside and a curated music list in the market space inside in the Barrell Room.

Everything will be handmade/designed by the native artists. Creations for sale include jewelry, t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, illustrated prints, stickers, quilts, and gourd art. Great opportunity to get ahead on your holiday shopping and support local artists! Depending on space, there may also be Indigenous-centered informational tables onsite.
