1. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: The "Let Lagers Fly" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Note on Event: While Let Lagers Fly is a family-friendly event, the primary prize winner must be 21+ to claim the prize. Guests of the winner under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. How to Enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  • Entries must be submitted via the official entry form on the Hardywood website.

  • Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

3. Sweepstakes Period

  • The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, June 29, 2026, and ends on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 8 AM. Entries received after the end of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. Prize Details

  • The Prize: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will receive six (6) general admission tickets to the Let Lagers Fly event on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Hardywood West Creek, and one (1) parking pass.
    Alcohol Policy: In compliance with state ABC laws, the prize does NOT include any alcoholic beverages. All beer, cider, and food must be purchased separately at the venue.

  • No Substitution: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

  • The drawing will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10 AM.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond to claim the prize within 12 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the allotted time, Hardywood reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Event Rules & Alcohol Consumption

  • All guests, including the winner and their party, must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in to receive a 21+ wristband for purchasing or consuming alcohol.

  • We encourage all guests to enjoy Hardywood beverages responsibly and plan a safe ride home (ride-shares, designated drivers, etc.).
