Join us for Pints + Pilates, a free 45-minute mat Pilates + sculpt pop-up designed to leave you feeling strong and energized. This dynamic, low-impact class blends core-focused Pilates with sculpting strength work and intentional movement for a full-body burn you’ll definitely feel (in the best way). Expect controlled sequences, deep core activation, and just the right amount of shake.

Registration: All attendees must register in advance by creating an account at www.reformemethod.com, navigating to the schedule page, and signing up for for the class.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time so we can get you checked in and set up.
What to bring: Yoga mat + water. Shoes must be worn if off of your mat while attending class.
