Kick off your Independence Day weekend at Hardywood West Creek for Let Lagers Fly on Thursday, July 2, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We are switching things up for our family-friendly day of fun this year by partnering with Airloom Drone Shows to light up the dusk sky with a one-of-a-kind synchronized aerial display that you won’t want to miss.
Enjoy your favorite Hardywood beverages, catch up with family and friends, and soak in a little nostalgia. Richmond’s own Brisk will be on stage all evening, keeping the energy up with the best 90s and 2000s hits.
Bring your appetite! Hardywood Provisions will be cooking up a variety of delicious food options throughout the evening. Whether you're looking for a full meal or a quick snack, there will be something for everyone. If you haven't tried Hardywood Provisions yet, now's the time.
The Night's Lineup:
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Brisk (Set 1): Grab a fresh Hardywood Lager, find a spot on the lawn, and get ready to sing along to the best 90s and 2000s hits.
9:00 PM – 9:15 PM | Airloom Drone Show: Eyes on the skies! We’re pausing the music for a massive, synchronized aerial display that will light up the dusk sky.
9:15 PM – 10:00 PM | Brisk (Set 2): The party isn't over yet. Brisk takes the stage one last time to keep the energy high.

Ticketing
General Admission Tickets for entry to Let Lagers Fly are $15 per person. Vehicle Parking passes are $30 per vehicle and limited in quantity. All guests are required to purchase a General Admission Ticket to attend, and all vehicles must have a parking pass to access the Hardywood West Creek parking lot.
If you do not purchase a parking pass, you will not be allowed to park on Hardywood property. You will be turned around and asked to find alternative parking or use ride-share services.
Prohibited Vehicle Movement
To ensure the safety of our guests, select zones in the Hardywood parking lot will be temporarily closed from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM due to the drone show, and all vehicle movement in these areas will be suspended. In the event of an unscheduled drone landing, safety zones have been established where people or moving vehicles cannot be present during the show. On the day of the event, we will have signage to let guests know if they are in an impacted parking zone.
Carpool & Transportation Notice
We anticipate a large turnout for this event. Due to property development and circumstances outside of our control, the overflow parking lot is no longer available to Hardywood guests. We encourage using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, or carpooling. Anyone parking on the property must purchase a Parking Pass.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. The ticket purchaser acknowledges that the ticket is issued for the specified event, date, and time, and is not subject to return, refund, or exchange. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather, dissatisfaction with the event, or failure to attend. In the event of a full cancellation of the original scheduled date, this event will then take place on July 9th, 2026.
