Hardywood Craft Beer Flight:
Richmond Lager - 5% ABV. Real unfiltered American Craft Lager. A portion of the grain bill incorporates Virginia-grown and malted 2-row barley by Murphy and Rude Malting Company. The use of Cascade hops lends a subtle citrus note in the finish.
Singel - 6.2% ABV. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and uninhibited, Hardywood Singel is a sunshine-golden beer with a fluffy white head and a veil of Belgian ale yeast. A delicate body balances tropical fruit esters with spicy hop aromatics.
Hot 4 You - 13.9% ABV. Grape Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Milk Stout with Guajillo Peppers, New Mexico Chiles, Cinnamon, and Dark Chocolate.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Belgian Quadruppel finished on Cascara - 12% ABV. Aged for five months in bourbon barrels, it develops a robust foundation of rich, caramelized sweetness and a comforting warmth. Following this aging, a unique finishing touch of cascara, the dried coffee cherry husk, introduces intriguing complexity.

Va. Maple Caramel - Caramels featuring rich Highland County, Virginia maple syrup, dipped in our fine milk chocolate and finished with Alaea red sea salt.
Apricot Brandy - Milk chocolate ganache with dried apricots soaked in French cognac, finished in both dark and milk chocolates.
Maya - Bittersweet chocolate ganache flavored with cinnamon, Ancho chili, and orange, dusted with cocoa.
Michigan Cherry - Dark chocolate ganache with Kirsch and dried Michigan cherries, dipped in dark chocolate.
