Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, Richmond & West Creek, has received its full certification as a Virginia Green Travel Partner

Richmond, VA – Hardywood Park Craft Brewery is proud to announce that our Richmond and West Creek taprooms have earned full certification as Virginia Green Travel Partners.

Sustainability is more than a badge of honor at Hardywood; it’s our mission. As the first Virginia brewery to run on 100% renewable energy, we integrate eco-friendly practices into every pint. By partnering with local farms and environmental nonprofits, we aim to lead our community toward a greener, more resilient future.

The Virginia Green certification program is administered by the Virginia Green Travel Alliance, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit created to promote sustainable tourism in Virginia. It is run through a partnership between the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, the Virginia Tourism Corporation, the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association, and the Virginia Green Travel Alliance. The program encourages green practices in all sectors of Virginia’s tourism industry. More than 1,150 businesses and partner organizations have voluntarily certified their green commitments through Virginia Green.
