The Gingerbread Saloon is a western-style holiday pop-up located within our Richmond Taproom.

We're serving up special festive cocktails & eats, exclusive hardywood beer, surrounded by warm holiday décor that's festive af. You won't find an experience like this at any other dig around these parts.

We’ve priced tickets at $5 to a cause close to our hearts, Blood Cancer United.

100% of ticket proceeds from this event will support Blood Cancer United, a non-profit dedicated to curing blood cancer and improving the quality of life of all patients and their families. Blood Cancer United funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world, provides free information and support services, and is the voice for all blood cancer patients seeking access to quality, affordable, coordinated care.

Reservations are available for parties of up to six. To ensure your entire group is seated together, we recommend purchasing all tickets for your party in a single transaction. If party member tickets are purchased separately, please let us know by entering all party member names at checkout. 

Reservations will be honored for the first 25 minutes of each session. Once 25 minutes have passed, reservations may be forfeited. 

A limited number of walk-in seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for each timeslot. Walk-in seating is not guaranteed and will also require a $5 ticket fee. We strongly recommend reservations to guarantee your seat. 

If you know you cannot attend your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at Richmond@hardywood.com prior to your scheduled time.

Due to the donation nature of these tickets, they are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation, contacting us will allow us to attempt to reschedule your reservation, depending on availability.

In 2025, the Gingerbread Saloon will be exclusively at our Richmond location only.

Absolutely! We just ask that you email us at Richmond@hardywood.com to give us a heads up for which session you have made a reservation for.

Parking at the Richmond location is mostly street parking. We have a small lot with limited parking spaces.

Please note, the apartments and businesses around us will tow, and Hardywood is not responsible for vehicles towed out of those lots.

Hardywood always encourages you to drink responsibly.
